Our fees are a blend of cash and stock warrants. A warrant is a security that entitles us to buy an agreed upon amount of your company’s stock at a fixed price called an exercise price until the expiry date. Before we provide an estimate, we need to understand your plan and potential outcome. This generally requires a brief meeting to discuss your goals, challenges, and current strategic direction.
